Application

For use with Salt / Sea Toilet water flushing systems. This valve is specially constructed in DZR Brass with a Stainless Steel strainer to prevent the corrosive effects of salt / sea water.

In accessing the specially designed Strainer, the isolating valve will be closed at the same time, thus ensuring that the strainer can easily be maintained

Maintenance

It is recommended that the pipes and connections are cleaned before installing the FTC C50. It must also be installed with the flow direction indicator pointing in the correct direction.

Turn the valve off by turning the knob all the way in the clockwise direction, this will shut off the water.

Pull out the knob and remove the locking nut in an anti-clockwise direction

Pull out the strainer holder and wash it

When the strainer is cleaned, replace it, and reverse steps 3, 2 and 1
