Application
To control water hammer conditions in domestic and industrial plumbing systems, especially washing machines and dishwashers.
Main features
Manufactured to Australian Standards
Made of High Quality Materials Easy to install and Maintain
Installation
WHA50
The WHA50 should ideally be installed as close as practicable to any ball valve, spring-loaded tap, solenoid valve or other quick closing valve that may be contributing to the problem. It may be installed horizontally or vertically, in both hot and cold water lines if required. Fit 'Tee'-piece inline and secure the WHA50. If the water hammer noise reappears, check the air chamber pressure with a reliable tyre gauge and recharge as necessary with a car tyre pump to 150 kPa nominal.
PV75
The PV75 is easy to fit in your kitchen or laundry. It is not necessary to turn off the mains water supply.
Step 1. Turn off tap or isolating valve and unscrew the hose end
Step 2. Screw the PV75 onto the end of the tap or isolating valve. Refit the hose onto the end of the PV75. A seal is incorporated into the valve, so no thread tape is necessary.
